Registration includes all education sessions, and registration materials. Onsite attendees will also receive two breakfasts and four coffee breaks.

Register On-Site

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds, less a $100 processing fee per registrant, will be granted for requests received in writing by March 18, 2017. Refunds will not be granted after this date. No shows are responsible for full payment.


Substitution Policy

In-Person (on site at meeting location): If you are unable to attend the training and have already registered, you may designate another person to take your place. A registration form must be completed for the new attendee and emailed to info@performanceinstitute.org. Please indicate the name of the individual that is being replaced in the payment section.
